Because every project is unique, all refunds are handled individually.

  1. Before Work Begins

If a project is canceled before any work has started, we offer a full refund of any advance payment.

  1. After Work Has Started

Once work begins, refunds depend on:
• Hours already spent
• Deliverables already produced
• Agreements specified in the project contract or invoice

We aim to resolve all refund requests in a fair and reasonable manner.
